Anything you post in public forums or course activities can be seen by others.
How we use it
We use your data to perform our contract with you and for legitimate business interests, including registering you with awarding bodies, running the website, communicating with you, assessing and monitoring candidates and improving our services. Payment information is processed to prevent and detect fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or required by law, or until you ask us to delete it. We may keep copies for legal, tax or regulatory reasons.
Sharing and transfers
We may share data with awarding bodies, payment providers, and service providers acting on our instructions, and with others with your consent, for safeguarding, to protect rights and safety, in response to lawful requests or in a business sale. Data is mainly stored in the UK. Where it is transferred abroad, safeguards are in place.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and payment data is encrypted using SSL. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
